As a Public Housing facility, the Reedsville Manor receives operating and capital funds from U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). These funds allow for payment of monthly utilities and salaries as well as improvements throughout our facility.

Rental amounts are based on your income. Rental amounts can be either 30% of your monthly income or the flat rent fee. Flat rents are set at 80% of the applicable Fair Market Rent (FMR) and are reviewed annually.

Rent includes water, heat, electric, and WiFi.

Extra monthly charges apply for additional mini refrigerators, small freezers, and air conditioners.
